Our infants and toddlers are
loved and cared for in their nursery classrooms, allowing their
parents to attend the Bible fellowship and worship services
without worry. Toddlers are presented with a Bible lesson and
activity during the Sunday School hour and on Wednesday nights.
The
mission of the “Sacred Trust” Children’s Ministry of Crossover
Community Church can be summed up in one acronym: SHINE. The
ministry exists to encourage children to accept Christ and
Surrender their lives to Him; to grow relationships in God’s
Household; to partner with parents by Investing in the spiritual
growth of every child; to prepare children to meet the Needs of
others by use of their spiritual gifts; and to Empower them to
proclaim the Good News. These themes parallel five purposes for
the Christian life found in Scripture: worship, fellowship,
discipleship, service and evangelism. The ministry verse is
Isaiah 60:1, “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the
glory of the Lord rises upon you.”
The Linkis Crossover Community
Church’s ministry for children in pre-kindergarten through fifth
grade on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM. The purpose of
The Link is “Leading, Investing and Nurturing Kids” to connect
kids to Christ by connecting kids to kids, to community, to
missions, to service and to family. Children participate in fun,
high-energy activities and learn educational, Biblical concepts
with their friends.
Camp Linkis an annual summer camp
extension of this wonderful opportunity.
