Renny Ryder
Senior Pastor

Pastor Renny is
the founding pastor of Crossover Community Church. He came to
know the Lord and was discipled under the ministry of Pastor Johnny
Hunt (First Baptist Church of Woodstock, GA). His wife, Kim
serves alongside her husband as the leader of the women's ministry.
They have three daughters and one
granddaughter.

Lee Dittman
Associate Pastor

Pastor
Lee came to Crossover Community Church in 2005. He is a
graduate of Liberty University and Trinity Theological Seminary.
His previous ministries included being a Christian school principal,
youth pastor, and missionary to Haiti. He is married to
Beverly and they have two teen-age daughters.

Paul Brinson
Finance Manager

Paul has been
with Crossover Community Church since 2003. He came to the
church with experience in overseeing church finances and brought
Crown Ministries to Crossover. He is married to Jean and they
have 5 children, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

Bobby Dobbins
Spiritual Growth Pastor

Pastor Bobby joined the pastoral staff in 2007. Bobby came to
Crossover with ministry experience and a passion for missions and
teaching believers to reach the lost for Jesus Christ. He is married
to Pam and they have one son and three daughters.

Rick Cortis
Community Care Pastor

Rick came on staff in 2007. He oversees all hospitality and
all of the community programs within the church, as well as those
that reach out into our community. He is married to Linda and
they have two grown children and three grandchildren.
