Our music ministry is designed to enhance and encourage our worship to the Lord.  Worship includes our song and praise to Jesus, but is also stewardship of our time, talent, treasure, temple and tongue.  The worship ministries manifest our outward expression of praise.  After coming to an understanding of a true lifestyle of worship, the desire of the worship ministry is to lead the congregation in corporate celebration of God’s presence.

“To lead in worship, we must first worship” sums up the perspective we use to view all areas of our music ministry.  We also stress worship as a life-style, not a separate activity to be engaged in at specific times and places.  Therefore, great emphasis is placed on the spiritual aspects of our role as musicians as well as our musical role.  Music is more than a song; it is the foundation of worship. Worship is more than a thought or phrase; it is the very essence of communication with God our Creator.  In the Old Testament days, the singers and musicians led the children of Israel into battle and also ushered them into the worship of God.  Today, through the ministry of music, the body of Christ experiences the victory of the battle as well as the intimate worship of our Most High God.

Whether it be solo, ensemble, or choir, our music ministry seeks to publicly praise the Creator, proclaim the Gospel, and lead God’s people into a deeper knowledge and experience Him through the medium of music.

CD Ministry

Sermon CDs  are available immediately following the service at the "Welcome Center" in the church lobby.  Please utilize and take advantage of this ministry to further spread the Good News of God’s Word.
